At Book Box, we want your style journey to be seamless, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, tagged apparel. If your new look isn't a perfect fit, we are here to help you find the right chapter for your wardrobe.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
